These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SorrowRift website and apps (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The Services do not currently require an account to use. If a future App introduces account functionality, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and this section will be updated accordingly.

The Services, including all content, trademarks, and code, are owned by SorrowRift or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's terms and billing/refund policies, in addition to these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SorrowRift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data related to the Services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of a specific App is also governed by that App's End User License Agreement (EULA). Where an App's EULA conflicts with these Terms on matters of that App's license, the EULA controls.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
